Description

• Hands-on leadership of a team of full-cycle recruiters for technical and non-technical roles • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and area leaders • Strong focus on organizing sourcing efforts across all functions • Leverage data to increase quality of hires and time-to-close • Provide guidance to recruiters on handling career and compensation conversations with candidates • Recruiting branding: partner with key stakeholders on projects to strengthen our talent brand

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5-10 years experience recruiting and sourcing for Engineering, Product, and Design roles • Proven analytical skills • Experience with tracking success and establishing metrics for recruiting • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Passion for finding diverse talent and championing inclusion • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a startup environment
