📋 Description

• Manage and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels • Create content and brand assets using Higgsfield, ChatGPT, and Canva • Maintain a consistent posting cadence and monitor relevant trends • Research competitors and trends to generate content ideas • Research and identify suitable creators, influencers, and affiliates • Handle creator outreach, follow-ups, communication, product samples, and partnership deliverables • Respond to DMs, comments, creator messages, and inbound opportunities • Manage and resolve customer support tickets and flag recurring issues • Support the Head of Sales with lead lists, follow-ups, presentations, data, and administrative work • Research retailers, affiliates, and growth opportunities • Prepare sales materials and organize pipelines • Update spreadsheets, trackers, and project management tools • Prepare simple performance reports • Maintain organized files, systems, and processes • Participate in weekly team meetings and help drive execution • Coordinate product launches, promotions, samples, and partnerships • Complete tasks and projects for the founder • Grow into ownership of larger business areas • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High-agency and proactive; able to identify and complete tasks without step-by-step instructions • Comfortable switching between marketing, administration, customer support, and operations • Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, creator culture, and effective content • Enthusiasm for using ChatGPT, Higgsfield, and Canva • Excellent written English for DMs, emails, captions, and customer replies • Highly organized with trackers, spreadsheets, and project boards • Fast learner able to pick up new software and systems quickly • Relevant background in marketing, social media, eCommerce, executive/virtual assistance, or operations support • Consumer/CPG or DTC experience is a bonus • Influencer or affiliate program experience is an advantage • Shopify or customer support ticketing platform familiarity is a nice-to-have • Business-casual attire for meetings • Clean background, good camera, good microphone, and strong Wi-Fi • Availability for 7:00 AM–4:00 PM MST
