📋 Description

• Source and identify talent using LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Recruiter Lite • Build Boolean searches and narrow or broaden talent pools • Conduct intro, group, and one-on-one interviews • Follow and improve interview flows and tailor interview processes • Probe candidate experience, identify red flags, and evaluate skill, talent, and culture fit • Champion a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle • Disqualify unsuitable candidates, provide live-on-call support, and give constructive feedback • Implement and manage ATS pipelines and pair clients with candidates • Find suitable existing candidates within the database for current requisitions • Build AI-assisted sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and recruiting workflows • Create automations for scheduling, pipeline alerts, status updates, and follow-ups • Support migration to GoHighLevel as an ATS • Develop dashboards and reports monitoring pipeline health, SLAs, and batch quality • Maintain prompt libraries and SOPs; evaluate new AI tools while ensuring privacy and compliance • Train team members on prompting and quality-assurance standards • Maintain accurate candidate notes and update daily, weekly, and monthly trackers • Submit end-of-day reports

🎯 Requirements

• AI Fluency: Hands-on experience using AI for recruiting workflows and building prompt libraries • Proven ability to create no-code automations using Zapier, Make, or n8n • 2+ years managing full-cycle recruiting requisitions end-to-end • Strong Boolean search and multi-channel sourcing skills • Extensive experience with advanced LinkedIn Recruiter search techniques • Skilled in competency-based behavioral interviews and soft-skills assessment • Experience with ATS systems and pipeline management • Availability during business hours to communicate responsively with the direct supervisor and teammates • Professional setup with clean background, good camera, good microphone, and strong Wi-Fi • Business-casual attire during meetings • Experience with ATS, ClickUp, Breezy, GoHighLevel, ChatGPT/OpenAI, n8n, Zapier, workflow automation tools, Slack, Canva, G-Suite, and Google Sheets
