Weave is building a generative AI platform and knowledge graph that will revolutionize how life science companies collaborate.

📋 Description

• Provide high-impact HR partnership to India and US-based leaders and employees • Align business priorities with Weave’s global People strategy and the needs of the India workforce • Partner across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, compliance, performance management, employee relations, engagement, hiring, events, and culture • Connect leaders, employees, and People Team partners to drive effective execution and strong outcomes in India • Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to leaders • Serve as trusted HR advisor to leaders with India-based employees • Shape People strategy initiatives during design and implementation • Translate attrition, hiring, performance, and engagement trends into actionable recommendations • Advise on the India employee experience and employment landscape • Support compensation cycles in India, including calibration and manager coaching • Own employee relations in India and coach managers through difficult situations • Own India compliance and POSH matters, working with Legal and external statutory-execution partners • Provide workforce-planning input and hiring-manager readiness support • Shape the new-hire experience with India recruiters and Global Talent Acquisition • Own the India engagement action plan and partner with Employee Experience on culture • Own India Meets, town halls, recognition, and celebrations from concept through execution • Report to the Director HRBPs & Employee Experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred • 7 plus years experience as a HRBP • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Experience building relationships and trust with stakeholders • Experience working in a fast paced environment • Willingness to take ownership for work outcomes • Previous experience working in a technology company • Experience working in a fast growth organization where scaling HR was needed • Previously supporting an organization of 200+ employees • Previous experience working with a U.S. based company • Willingness to embrace the AI change and use these tools to further your work • Ability to manage and lead cross-functional projects • Working Some US hours will be required every week • Successful completion of a background check
