• Build net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner collaboration • Own the full sales cycle: discovery to negotiation to close • Navigate complex buying cycles across procurement, finance, and security • Drive profitable revenue with a strong services-attach mindset • Maintain disciplined MEDDIC qualification and accurate forecasting • Strengthen customer relationships and create multi-year growth opportunities • Lead and support RFP/RFQ submissions when required • Actively represent Weaver at customer engagements and industry events
• 3–7 years of proven success in quota-carrying field sales • Strong ability to hunt, open doors, and close complex solutions • Skilled in multi-stakeholder selling and executive engagement • Experience in infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or AI solutions • Familiar with MEDDIC or comparable qualification frameworks • Strong negotiation, communication, and business acumen
• Competitive base salary with uncapped commission tied to revenue and GP
