• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct prospecting, networking, and referrals. • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads. • Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with potential clients. • Close deals with mid-size and enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with Webfleet’s value proposition. • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in Salesforce. • Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions. • Ensure a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with Operations and Customer Success teams. • Build long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and upsell opportunities. • Work closely with Marketing to support lead generation and campaign execution. • Provide market feedback to improve product positioning and sales strategy. • Participate in industry events and represent Webfleet in commercial forums.
• Over 5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in vehicle telematics or fleet SaaS environments. • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of acquiring new clients. • Proven results to effectively manage solution sales cycles; • Ability to work remotely with independence and responsibility; • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. • MS Office and CRM expertise, valuable Salesforce; • Understanding of fleet management, mobility, or telematics solutions. • Fluent in English. • You are already living in Australia with permit to work.
