• Lead and mentor multiple subteams while ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget. • Identify process inefficiencies and provide strategic recommendations directly to management. • Oversee the development and deployment of reports, dashboards, and metrics to support business operations. • Establish processes to manage external vendors efficiently and effectively. • Manage HR and Operations and optimize processes. • Guarantee project deadlines are met while supervising the rollout of new software solutions. • Responsible for managing most shared services across TLI including Business Intelligence (BI), 3rd Party Tech Support, General Administration (Human Resources), and Recruiting.
• Demonstrated managerial experience with 3-5 years in management or operations roles, ideally within a remote and fast-paced setting. • Capable of overseeing complex data projects (BI) and managing technical tool subscriptions while driving the implementation of long-term growth strategies. • Proven track record in leading business operations in a similar role, working with a global team. • Essential SkillsOperations Management, Business Intelligence, Team Leadership • Preferred SkillsRemote Team Management, Project Management, HR Operations
