📋 Description

• Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and other business development channels. • Engage with accounting firms, finance professionals, and businesses across the UK and US markets to identify potential opportunities. • Schedule discovery meetings and sales appointments for senior business development and sales teams. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication. • Prepare professional proposals, presentations, introductory emails, and sales materials tailored to client requirements. • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities within the CRM system. • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and improve outreach effectiveness. • Research target organizations, industry trends, and key decision-makers to support strategic business development initiatives. • Understand client business challenges and communicate suitable service offerings that align with their requirements. • Consistently achieve lead generation and business development targets while maintaining high-quality customer engagement. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen business growth strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or International Sales. • Experience working with the UK or US accounting industry, accounting outsourcing, KPO, bookkeeping, taxation, or related financial services is highly preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage international clients confidently. • Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, cold calling, and lead generation activities. • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management. • Basic understanding of accounting concepts, bookkeeping, taxation, or financial terminology is an added advantage. • Strong research and analytical skills to identify business opportunities and target decision-makers. • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously. • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a passion for building long-term client relationships and driving business growth.
