📋 Description

• Engage with clients over calls, convert inquiries into paying customers, and identify their needs to propose suitable service solutions. • Navigate and leverage freelancing platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork for potential leads and client engagement. • Address client questions and concerns promptly, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the client journey. • Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end order process to ensure client expectations are met. • Build and maintain strong client relationships by obtaining feedback, ensuring satisfaction, and implementing strategies to enhance retention rates. • Demonstrate exceptional sales abilities by consistently surpassing sales targets and adapting to dynamic client needs. • Use effective negotiation skills and sound judgment to handle complex business situations. • Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects after calls or meetings, address their concerns, nurture relationships, and drive them toward a successful conversion.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience with a successful track record in international client management. • Proficiency with freelancing platforms like Fiverr and Upwork. • Strong negotiation skills with a keen ability to make informed, strategic decisions. • Experience in client relationship management, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and retention. • Previous experience in lead generation is preferred. • Highly motivated, self-starter with a street-smart attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
