• 5–10 years of B2B enterprise sales development or business development experience • Demonstrable track record of sourcing qualified pipeline against quota • Experience selling into US accounts is required • Strong written English — peer-level, non-templated outbound writing • Comfort with Salesforce or a comparable enterprise CRM and modern sales engagement tools • Willingness to work hours that overlap meaningfully with US Eastern time • Preferred Experience selling enterprise software or technology services (Oracle, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or similar) • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern sales engagement platforms
