• Work with the Business Development team to identify, connect, and onboard new clients. • Engage in cold calling, client communication, and virtual meetings to convert leads into opportunities. • Execute and track email campaigns for lead generation. • Plan, assign, and guide your team of interns to achieve weekly and monthly goals. • Collaborate with business development teams to develop growth strategies and improve outreach. • Meet weekly/monthly targets.
🎯 Requirements
• Passing year: 2024, 2025, 2026 (preferred) • Background in Management, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Prior to BD, marketing, or sales experience is a plus.
