📋 Description

• Join the team as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) / SAP HCM Payroll Architect • Deliver global payroll implementation and architecture • Work with SAP ECP, SAP HCM Payroll, payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll rules • Handle retro and off-cycle payroll • Manage Payroll Control Center (PCC) • Perform EC–ECP integration and BIB • Work with IDoc and API integrations • Support statutory and localization requirements • Lead payroll data migration and cutover • Manage parallel payroll, hypercare, and stabilization • Perform ABAP payroll debugging and enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• 12–14+ Years of experience • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) • SAP HCM Payroll • Payroll Schemas & PCRs • Wage Types & Payroll Rules • Retro & Off-Cycle Payroll • Payroll Control Center (PCC) • EC–ECP Integration & BIB • IDoc / API Integrations • Global / Multi-Country Payroll • Statutory & Localization • Payroll Data Migration & Cutover • Parallel Payroll, Hypercare & Stabilization • ABAP Payroll Debugging / Enhancements • Global Payroll Implementation & Architecture
