📋 Description

• Management and professional consultation for an assigned client portfolio in the field of building cleaning services • Budget and personnel responsibility for assigned staff • Workforce planning as well as selection and hiring of new employees • Staff leadership and development • Planning and supervision of service/contract execution • Regular site and quality inspections to ensure compliance with our quality and environmental standards • Documentation and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position and industry required • Strong service orientation and customer focus • Leadership experience and a professional, dependable presence • IT skills (MS Office) • Experience with quality and environmental management systems • Valid driver's license (car)
