• Deliver business targets in Value (Net Consumption sales, Net Gain) and Distribution • Develop a strong knowledge of the Beauty Industry, Competition, Wella Portfolio and Sales data • Complete annual Joint Business Plans with Key Customers • Plan & Execute BEST IN CLASS Distributor (BSG) Sales Meetings and Trainings • Proactively develop relationship with local Cosmoprof (BSG) stores • Actively prospect market to identify and close competitive brand salons
• Proven track record delivering sales results (minimum 3 years) in a business-to-business account Management role • Negotiation & Customer Portfolio Management competencies • Interest in Beauty industry • Strong skills on MS Office including Excel and PPT development • Valid driving license & willing to travel/spend 75% of time in market • Ability to travel via air 1-2 times minimum per year for national sales meetings
