📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies for HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP products • Build and maintain customer relationships in the coating, painting, putty, ceramic tile adhesive, and mortar industries • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth • Benchmark competitors such as Lotte Fine Chemical and Ashland Cellulose Ether • Stay ahead of industry trends • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives • Lead sales efforts in Brazil • Support business development, client relationship management, and market expansion

🎯 Requirements

• Resumes in English only will be accepted • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field • 5+ years of sales experience in coating, painting, and construction chemicals • Proven track record of managing key accounts and distributors in Brazil • Deep understanding of HEC, MHEC, HPMC, RDP, and their applications • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills • Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus) • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet business objectives • Applicants must not be from a third-party staffing agency
