📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth analysis of incidents involving Billing, Payments, Invoicing, Identity, Fraud, and Client Master Data • Identify anomalies, provide clarifications, determine root causes, and estimate potential revenue losses • Follow up on root-cause changes and track recommendation implementation • Ensure revenue-flow correctness and execution of corrective actions • Collaborate with Billing, Payments, Invoicing, Identity, Fraud, Finance, IT, and Operations teams • Document services, billing processes, findings, analyses, and resolutions • Ensure correct Billing Assurance through issue analysis to Billing service lineage, including recurrences, subscriptions, and upsells • Operate and maintain the RAID (Revenue Assurance Integrity Driller) tool • Run discrepancy analyses and support other teams in using the RAID tool • Promote wellbeing and create a supportive work environment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Product and Engineering agile environments, including microservices, with direct involvement in IT Operations • Experience with SQL technology such as PostgreSQL or MySQL • Prior experience in business operations (mandatory) • SQL experience (mandatory) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English • Software quality and test automation mindset • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and pattern recognition • Ability to translate complex billing/revenue issues into clear, actionable findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and Gemini • Proactive and collaborative team player • Knowing the internal Wellhub business workflow is a plus
