• Proven project management experience in translation or localization industry • Knowledge of industry technology, process, competitive landscape • Demonstrated success in managing large accounts/projects • Creativity to innovate new processes • Financial management and budget experience • Customer relationship management skills • Ability to travel for work-related commitments • Energy and positive attitude • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Strong client relationship-building skills • Native/Advanced level of Japanese is a must
