📋 Description

• Coordinate the SysOps/Infrastructure team in managing servers, networks, storage, and backup environments. • Ensure the availability, performance, and stability of production environments. • Plan and oversee monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity routines. • Manage hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud), supporting cost optimization and capacity initiatives. • Lead the resolution of critical incidents (N2/N3), escalations, and on-call rotations. • Support migration, expansion, and infrastructure modernization projects. • Lead, develop, and engage the team, conducting 1:1s, feedback sessions, performance reviews, and individual development plans. • Promote the technical and behavioral growth of the team, supporting career progression and succession planning. • Participate in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new team members. • Manage task allocation, team capacity, schedules, and on-call rosters. • Monitor team climate, engagement, and retention. • Ensure adherence to ITSM processes, including incidents, problems, and changes. • Drive continuous improvement through post‑mortems, root cause analysis, and lessons learned. • Define and enforce infrastructure security policies in collaboration with Information Security. • Manage vendors, contracts, and infrastructure services.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Networks, Information Systems or related fields. • Experience leading and managing people. • Strong experience with: • Operating systems: Windows Server and Linux (advanced administration). • Virtualization: VMware, Hyper‑V or Proxmox. • Cloud: AWS, Azure and OCI (infrastructure resource administration). • Networking: TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls and load balancing. • Monitoring: Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana/Prometheus or Datadog. • Backup and disaster recovery: Veeam, Bacula or equivalent solutions. • Automation: Ansible, Terraform and scripting in PowerShell/Bash. • Security and identity: Active Directory, access policies, patch management and enterprise antivirus. • ITSM: ticketing and change management tools (e.g., Zendesk). • ITIL Foundation certification (preferred). • Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (preferred). • Virtualization certifications, such as VMware VCP (preferred). • Networking certifications, such as Cisco CCNA (preferred). • Experience using Artificial Intelligence applied to operations, automation and process improvement (preferred). • Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost governance (preferred). • Knowledge of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices (preferred).
