📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory • Implement centrally defined sales and marketing strategies • Continuously expand the customer base through targeted new customer acquisition • Conduct regular benchmark analyses of the product portfolio and pricing structure • Derive measures to optimize the product range, pricing, and competitive position • Design and deliver theoretical and practical training sessions as well as application consulting • Perform regular maintenance and, where required, installation of dosing systems at customer sites • Develop and manage relationships with specialist wholesalers • Ensure high-quality supply to indirect end customers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in the advertised position within the commercial cleaning sector • In-depth knowledge of customer structures • Established network among specialist wholesalers and end customers • Confident, service-oriented manner in both internal and external interactions • Demonstrated target- and results-oriented approach to work • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, with minimal overnight stays
