⢠Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for assigned key retail accounts to maximize revenue growth and market penetration ⢠Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level retail partners through regular communication, strategic planning, and exceptional service delivery ⢠Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for account expansion and new business development ⢠Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional programs that balance profitability with customer satisfaction ⢠Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless account management and order fulfillment ⢠Monitor account performance metrics, sales data, and KPIs to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement ⢠Prepare and present regular account reviews, forecasts, and performance reports to senior management ⢠Conduct market research specific to the Mexican retail landscape to inform strategic recommendations and account planning ⢠Lead account onboarding initiatives and coordinate training for retail partner teams on products, services, and systems ⢠Resolve account issues and escalations in a professional and timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction
⢠Minimum 3 years of experience in retail account management, key account management, or similar sales leadership role ⢠Proven track record of managing large-scale retail accounts and driving measurable revenue growth ⢠Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels ⢠Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy development and execution ⢠Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools ⢠Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights ⢠Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required for Mexico-based role) ⢠In-depth knowledge of the Mexican retail market and consumer behavior ⢠Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously ⢠Strong relationship-building capabilities and customer-focused mindset ⢠Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools ⢠Experience with retail operations, supply chain, or distribution channels (preferred)
