📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for assigned key retail accounts to maximize revenue growth and market penetration • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level retail partners through regular communication, strategic planning, and exceptional service delivery • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for account expansion and new business development • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional programs that balance profitability with customer satisfaction • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless account management and order fulfillment • Monitor account performance metrics, sales data, and KPIs to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement • Prepare and present regular account reviews, forecasts, and performance reports to senior management • Conduct market research specific to the Mexican retail landscape to inform strategic recommendations and account planning • Lead account onboarding initiatives and coordinate training for retail partner teams on products, services, and systems • Resolve account issues and escalations in a professional and timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail account management, key account management, or similar sales leadership role • Proven track record of managing large-scale retail accounts and driving measurable revenue growth • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels • Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy development and execution • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required for Mexico-based role) • In-depth knowledge of the Mexican retail market and consumer behavior • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously • Strong relationship-building capabilities and customer-focused mindset • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools • Experience with retail operations, supply chain, or distribution channels (preferred)
