📋 Description

• Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or expand product usage • Serve as a key point of contact for client questions and concerns • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams • Gather and share customer feedback to improve product and service delivery • Solve customer issues with a calm, proactive, and friendly approach • Drive long-term client satisfaction and engagement • Help travel businesses maximize the value of the WeTravel platform

🎯 Requirements

• Native or C2 level Italian speaker • Fully proficient in English (required) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal and customer service instincts • 2+ years of experience in B2B account management or customer success • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients and needs simultaneously • Solutions-oriented and calm under pressure • Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced environment • Willingness to travel up to 10% for client visits • Full legal right to work in Portugal through citizenship or residency • No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available • Bonus: Additional European language • Bonus: SaaS sales or product upselling experience • Bonus: Up-to-date understanding of travel industry consumer behavior • Bonus: Knowledge of HubSpot CRM or other CRM platforms
