• Identify and secure new accounts for Valero Fleet Card programs • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (net cards, gallons, revenue) • Develop a strategic plan for territory expansion • Self-generate leads and build a robust pipeline of fleet opportunities • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce • Demonstrate exceptional discovery and presentation skills
• 3-5 years of outside sales experience • Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship building • Demonstrated consistent quota performance in a business-to-business sales environment • Strong prospect-channel identification, development, and qualification skills • High degree of territory management capability • Willingness to travel via air or vehicle • Previous work or consultation with fleet is a plus
