📋 Description

• Own the monthly financial close, including P&L preparation, revenue reconciliation, contractor invoices, and payment processing • Coordinate tax and compliance activities with the CPA • Maintain corporate records and manage insurance • Manage customer operations, including DPAs, NDAs, SLAs, account support, refunds, and billing issues • Manage contractor onboarding and compensation tracking • Automate processes and update SOPs • Identify and implement process improvements • Report to the CEO

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years running operations end-to-end • Experience owning processes from problem identification through solution implementation • Financial literacy and comfort with QuickBooks or similar tools • Ability to generate an accurate P&L • Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar • Strong written communication skills for emails to lawyers, accountants, and customers • Detail-oriented approach to tax deadlines, legal consequences, and confidential payment information • Ability and desire to improve processes through automation • Experience in finance operations or business operations in a SaaS or B2B company
