• Setting the vision and product direction for contributor user experiences • Understanding and representing the needs of diverse contributors • Guiding a team of product managers • Coordinating with API platform, data platform, and machine learning groups • Working closely with Wikipedia contributors • Managing and mentoring a team of product managers • Defining and tracking metrics for strategic product areas

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Minimum 5 years of product management experience • Experience managing or mentoring product managers • Experience in developing user-generated content products • Success in building and scaling mobile user experiences • Analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage diverse responsibilities • Alignment with Wikimedia mission and values
