• TELUS Digital partner with Google CES to bring Google CES products into contact center environments • Strategic Sales Leader to spearhead growth of TELUS Digital implementation services alongside Google CES • Lead and scale the Google CES sales practice across target regions and industries • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline focused on revenue growth, customer adoption, and market expansion • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team specializing in cloud contact center technologies • Drive sales opportunities in collaboration with Google CES account teams, partners, and internal stakeholders • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with organizational objectives and market trends • Present and demonstrate the value of Google CES to prospects, customers, and partners • Cultivate deep relationships with Google and other ecosystem partners to drive joint success and co-selling opportunities • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with broader go-to-market strategies • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and performance goals
• 5+ years of CCaaS sales experience (some experience with Google CES) • Strong knowledge of Google CES and the broader cloud contact center landscape • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing sales teams • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level relationship-building skills • Experience managing long and complex sales cycles, including stakeholder alignment and negotiations • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field • (Bonus) Google certifications or deep understanding of the Google ecosystem • (Bonus) Familiarity with contact center operations, partner ecosystem development, and CRM tools
