📋 Description

• Guide new customers through setup, onboarding, and best practices • Conduct video calls, phone calls, and live chats to ensure smooth adoption • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention • Join virtual demo calls and assist in closing deals • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM and ensure deals/data are properly handled • Serve as primary point of contact for companies getting started • Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails with professionalism • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through client interactions • Reply to customer tickets, emails, and calls; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams • Create and maintain help center articles, FAQs, and documentation in HubSpot Support • Create simple graphics, support content, or walkthrough videos using tools like Canva or Loom • Develop resources (playbooks, guides, training material) to improve customer experience • Support leadership with ad hoc projects and operational tasks; jump in wherever needed in a fast-paced startup environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) • 1–3 years of relevant experience in SaaS, customer success, support, or sales (exceptional fresh grads will be considered) • Based in Manila, with willingness to work flexible hours to match international clients • Schedule: 8am to 5pm Pacific Time (Night Shift Philippine Standard Time) • Excellent written and spoken English; confident, clear communicator • Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone, video calls, and in person • Tech-savvy and a fast learner with tools like Google Workspace, HubSpot, Slack, and task/project management software • Experience handling inbound/outbound calls and emails professionally • Bonus: experience with prompt engineering, AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, MidJourney, etc.), or SaaS support/onboarding
