📋 Description

• Manage and optimize multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopify, dropshipping, wholesale sites) • Assist with customer service inquiries to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) • Develop engaging content including social posts, short-form videos, blogs, and product descriptions • Execute PPC campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads; TikTok/Pinterest as a bonus) • Maintain content calendars, posting schedules, and marketing workflows • Support graphic design needs using Canva or Photoshop • Collaborate with the team to streamline operations and reduce workload

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field or professional certification in marketing or business-related courses • 3+ years of experience in social media or in digital marketing • Strong background in digital/content marketing (social content, short-form video editing, basic SEO, email content) • SEO knowledge is required (blogs, product descriptions, on-page optimization) • Experience with PPC ads (Meta + Google required; TikTok/Pinterest a bonus) • Ability to work comfortably with real photo/video assets • Some graphic design ability (Canva or Photoshop) • Strong English writing ability with the ability to follow brand tone • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with content calendars, posting schedules, and general marketing admin
