📋 Description

• Make cold and warm calls to truckers and handle inbound/outbound phone, SMS, and email communications • Introduce and explain the dispatch service and conduct repetitive follow-ups with truckers and brokers • Monitor dashboards for freight/load opportunities • Coordinate and match loads with truckers • Contact brokers to negotiate rates on behalf of truckers • Schedule pickups and deliveries while ensuring window accuracy • Track driver availability, location, and preferred lanes • Manage multiple drivers simultaneously • Maintain and update CRM/tracking systems • Operate internal AI/copilot dispatch tools and general automation tools with human oversight • Keep communication records updated

🎯 Requirements

• Strong/native-level English fluency • Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure in time-sensitive operations • Tech-comfortable and highly adaptable to rapidly evolving tools and workflows • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to read between the lines during conversations • Proficiency or ability to use Slack • Ability to use internal AI/copilot dispatch tools • Ability to use internal CRM/tracking systems • Ability to use general automation tools • USB headset with noise cancellation feature • Working webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main internet service with at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup internet service with at least 10 Mbps • Availability for US work hours • 40 hours per week
