📋 Description

• Manage marketing budget reconciliation, vendor invoices, and receipt tracking • Act as a liaison for physician formulators, including managing scripts and approvals • Coordinate PR and media interviews • Manage UGC and affiliate creator campaigns, including product seeding and sample tracking • Coordinate monthly brand reporting across cross-functional teams • Follow up on timely report submissions • Track timelines for packaging and product updates in Hive

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Google Workspace • Experience with Amazon marketplaces • Experience with Hive or other project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Monday is preferred • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong process management and documentation skills • Comfortable handling invoices, receipts, and budget reconciliation • Strong written communication for interacting with vendors, influencers, and agencies • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously • English proficiency • USB headset with noise cancellation feature • Working webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps via cable connection • Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps • Ability to work US work hours, 40 hours per week
