📋 Description

• Post student payments and check credit balances • Pull custom reports • Make tuition adjustments through journal entries or credit memos • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations • Set up new accounts and classes • Navigate a student database to retrieve financial, enrollment, and government documents • Combine 60–100+ pages into a single PDF in strict checklist order for state, federal, and accrediting agency audits • Handle sensitive information, including Social Security numbers and student payment histories • Ensure 100% accuracy • Start immediately

🎯 Requirements

• QuickBooks Online • Adobe Acrobat / PDF Tools • Ability to set up new accounts/classes in QuickBooks • Ability to perform bank and credit card reconciliations • Ability to handle journal entries (debits/credits) and credit memos • Formal education in accounting (like a BS in Accountancy) or QuickBooks Advanced Certification is highly preferred • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros • Proven experience combining, separating, and reorganizing 60–100+ page documents in a specific checklist order without printing • High accuracy and speed when handling student financial data • Willingness to sign an NDA and handle sensitive data confidentially • USB headset with noise cancellation • Working webcam • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main internet service with at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup internet service with at least 10 Mbps • Availability for US work hours • Ability to work 40 hours per week
