• Manage service booking enquiries across multiple platforms • Schedule and process service bookings in the CRM system • Maintain and update customer profiles and records accurately • Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner • Conduct post-service follow-ups to measure customer satisfaction and experience • Perform general administrative duties to support the service department • Provide reception coverage when required • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as directed
• Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail • Professional and customer-focused approach • High level of integrity and professionalism • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management abilities • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills • Current Driver's Licence • Certificate or qualification in Administration or a related field • Previous experience working within an automotive dealership environment (desirable) • Experience managing customer bookings and CRM systems (desirable)
