• Build and maintain excellent relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors. • Set up new properties in Client Software Platforms and keep new Property Owners informed and confident. • Detailed tracking and management of lease renewals to ensure minimum vacancy. • Oversee vendors, assign work, obtain approval, and ensure successful completion and billing. • Coordinate tenant move-in, rent collection, posting of late notices and other notices, lease enforcement, and tenant move-out. • Assist in creating and posting content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. • May be asked to help with different aspects of the business as needed, which may include refining new processes, and brainstorming solutions.
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience, preferably within a BPO environment • Able to work with minimal supervision • Responsible and takes ownership of deliverables to clients • Able to handle multiple clients at the same time • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
