📋 Description

• Supporting a NSW residential portfolio in a fully remote role • Handle tenant and landlord enquiries via phone and email • Manage rental applications, lease preparation, and renewals • Process maintenance requests and coordinate with trades and service providers • Monitor rental payments, arrears, and issue rent reminders • Create and manage property listings on platforms such as realestate.com.au and Domain • Prepare documentation, reports, and condition reports

🎯 Requirements

• AU Residential Real Estate (NSW) experience is mandatory • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP40000) – preferred • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Australian residential property management (NSW) • Strong working knowledge of NSW tenancy laws and processes • Experience using property management CRMs such as PropertyMe, Property Tree, or Console Cloud (preferred)
