• You are responsible for Customer Success topics for one of our most important strategic customers in the German public sector. • You ensure the customer adopts our solutions successfully and achieves sustainable value. • You plan and conduct regular business reviews with the customer and, together with internal teams, develop a clear strategy to further the collaboration. • You identify new use cases for our solutions and support the customer in expanding their adoption across the organization. • You build resilient relationships with key stakeholders, including business units, IT, procurement and executive leadership.
• At least 10 years' experience in Customer Success or Account Management within the public sector. • Proven experience collaborating with senior stakeholders in government agencies and public organizations. • Strong understanding of the structure of the German public sector, political decision-making processes, and relevant procurement and contracting frameworks. • Technical understanding of secure communications, messaging or collaboration solutions. • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and German. • Willingness to travel within Germany.
