📋 Description

• Own the ad build queue, primarily on Meta, from intake through final delivery • Prioritize incoming requests and manage deadlines • Assign projects across the build team and monitor progress • Perform quality assurance reviews on completed builds before launch • Ensure campaign structures, naming conventions, and platform requirements are met • Communicate status updates and launch readiness to stakeholders • Partner closely with account leads and operations teams to maintain execution quality

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of Meta ad trafficking, building, or ad operations experience • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under deadline pressure • Understanding of campaign structure and QA best practices
