• Responsible for planning and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and use of the Wiz platform • Provide technical guidance and support to customers from onboarding to operationalization • Act as a liaison between customers and Wiz teams for a cohesive customer experience • Help customers develop Success Plans, measure key performance indicators, and report on achievements • Advocate for customer needs across departments and manage account escalations effectively • Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams for contract renewals and expanding Wiz usage • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Wiz platform and cloud security threats
• 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles • Strong understanding of cloud services, security best practices, and CSP level certifications preferred • Familiarity with container technologies and associated security considerations • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues • Proven track record in driving customer success and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
