Description
• Design, test, and debug own code without assistance from other engineers • Break down large features into engineering tasks and work with other engineers to complete them • Mentor engineers in software development best practices • Have an interest in working on both games and their tools • Confidently communicate with all members of the company
Requirements
• C++ expertise working with Unreal Engine and released games on consoles • Ability to write clean, readable, performant code and design the architecture around it • Excellent debugging and optimization skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Strong software development skills, design theory, and development processes • Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to technical discussions • Eager to provide and receive constructive feedback for continual growth
