📋 Description
• Facilitate live Chat interactions to guide customers in completing a SMB sale • Advise and counsel prospective customers via phone, email, and chat technology • Provide accurate information regarding product lines and assist in enrollment/purchase procedure • Align WM products and services with customer needs and increase profitability and satisfaction • Resolve challenging customer requests and collaborate with Inside Sales Reps/leadership • Use WM sales productivity software tools accurately • Prepare reports and handle general administrative duties • Build relationships with buyers within key accounts • Close prospective customer sales and identify new waste stream opportunities • Proactively address customer needs with technical/operations staff
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience. • 2 years in customer service (in addition to education requirement)
