Description

• We are building the next-generation Data Platform that sets the standard for freshness, accuracy, comprehensiveness, and ease of use to power Warner Music Group’s business. • Our Data Platform will be the foundation of all we do at Warner Music Group, feeding core business processes like marketing optimization, performance tracking, and rights acquisition and distribution; next-generation capabilities like artist-fan connection, trend analysis and other machine learning powered applications; and even advanced capabilities like generative AI applications in music. • We need strong backend engineers and data engineers at all levels, who love music, data, and building world-class systems that scale to solve data problems.

Requirements

• You have an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related field • You have 5+ years experience in backend development or data engineering • You have built or developed large-scale data processing pipelines and/or large, high-availability dimensional datastores • You are passionate about music and have a deep desire to provide the data that will help bring more great music into the world • You have a high sense of ownership and a drive to deliver impact in a fast-paced, evolving, ambiguous environment • You have a drive to grow, learn, and master the craft of software development • You are an excellent coder and empathetic communicator with great design skills
