📋 Description

• Make initial contact with leads interested in franchise opportunities • Qualify prospective franchisees based on their profile, investment capacity, region of interest, and purchasing stage • Conduct follow-ups via WhatsApp, phone, and other channels • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team • Lead initial presentation meetings with qualified leads and/or leads in the early negotiation stage, serving as the bridge to the Closer • Keep the CRM up to date, ensuring that lead information and next steps are organized • Support outbound prospecting and lead reactivation initiatives • Track contact, qualification, meeting-booking, and lead-progression metrics throughout the funnel • Support market, location, and potential business opportunity research • Provide support for other Expansion team needs as required

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably with classes in the morning or evening • Must be based in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo • Strong communication skills, resourcefulness, and an ability to build relationships easily • Proactive mindset and sense of urgency • Organization and discipline for managing routine contacts and follow-ups • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Generalist profile, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities • Interest in sales, business, entrepreneurship, and franchising
