• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process; from sourcing to interviewing • Use LinkedIn to source and build project pipelines across a variety of commercial disciplines (sales, HR, finance, operations, etc.) • Manage ATS system with candidates and internal/external job postings • Schedule and send interview confirmations to candidates and hiring managers • Build and maintain a network of talent through ongoing relationship management • Maintain relationships with hiring managers, reporting weekly pipeline activity • Manage exceptional and efficient candidate experience • Work closely with other members of the People & Culture team on implementing outstanding recruitment processes
• 3-4 years of recruiting/talent sourcing experience, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced, environment • Experience recruiting a variety of commercial roles, including sales, operations, HR, business, finance, etc. • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or similar • Experience working with an ATS • Ability to prioritize responsibilities, identify and resolve problems, and adapt to a fast-paced environment • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills • Experience communicating professionally with multiple internal and external stakeholders • Desire and ability to work collaboratively in a team • Confident and open manner, as well as an empathetic approach with good people skills
