📋 Description

• Investigate and resolve invoice queries accurately and accountably • Manage client inquiries end-to-end and own each case through resolution • Collaborate with Finance, Product, and HR Operations teams when needed • Analyse patterns and trends in client queries to identify process gaps • Recommend data-driven process improvements • Troubleshoot platform issues and guide clients and employees through solutions • Create and maintain clear, practical knowledge documentation for clients and internal teams • Manage multiple client cases simultaneously, prioritising effectively while balancing empathy, accuracy, and efficiency • Serve as a bridge between clients and seamless operations • Help clients understand how WorkMotion’s international workforce solutions work

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in customer experience operations, financial support, customer support, or SaaS environments, ideally in a client-facing role • Fluent Spanish and strong English, both written and spoken • Strong numerical and analytical skills • Confidence working with data and investigating invoices • Ability to simplify complex information and communicate it clearly to clients and internal stakeholders • Proactive, structured ownership and follow-through until issues are fully resolved • Organised, calm, and adaptable, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment • Experience with invoice management, CRM, or ticketing tools such as Salesforce or NetSuite (bonus) • Familiarity with EOR, payroll, HR, or workforce management systems (bonus) • Additional languages, particularly German, are a plus
