📋 Description

• Own the voice, tone, and visual formatting for customer-facing materials, including proposals, contracts, project plans, attestations, and reports • Review templated and custom customer-facing content to ensure parity between what Workstreet sells, delivers, and communicates • Manage asset creation and targeted email outreach for current customer accounts • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and HR to align external assets, website copy, and internal communications with Workstreet standards • Influence the design of role-relevant training curricula for customer-facing teams and track completion, certifications, and operational effectiveness • Translate internal policy changes into actionable workflows, templates, and training materials while monitoring adherence • Oversee revenue tools and leverage Agentic AI to automate asset formatting and maintain template governance • Review and polish high-visibility internal announcements, newsletters, and stakeholder presentations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enablement, revenue operations, sales operations, or related go-to-market functions in a B2B SaaS environment • Comfortable taking full operational ownership of the enablement function as an individual authority without direct supervisory responsibilities • Sharp eye for visual formatting, tone, and design detail, with the ability to identify and correct off-brand content • Skilled at collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and HR • Experience executing targeted customer email campaigns • General CRM familiarity and light demand generation instincts • Comfortable working with Google Workspace, Notion, HubSpot, Juro, and Canva • Practical experience utilizing Agentic AI workflows • Background building or scaling enablement processes within a fast-paced, high-growth B2B technology company • Domain experience in content strategy, instructional design, marketing communications, or light graphic design • Basic structural familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or adjacent regulatory frameworks • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Reliable, high-speed internet connection and professional home office environment supporting confidential conversations, virtual interviews, and uninterrupted collaboration • Commitment to working 8:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time (ET) • Willingness and ability to travel locally for occasional onsite meetings, team gatherings, or business activities • Must participate in live video interviews with camera on and verify identity during recruitment and onboarding • Employment contingent upon successful identity verification and background screening, where permitted by law
