📋 Description

• Own the voice, tone, and visual formatting of customer-facing materials, including proposals, contracts, project plans, attestations, and reports • Audit templated and custom customer-facing content for quality and parity between Workstreet’s sales, delivery, and communications • Manage asset creation and targeted email outreach for current customer accounts • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and HR to align external assets, website copy, and internal communications with Workstreet standards • Influence the design of role-relevant training curricula for customer-facing teams and track completion, certifications, and operational effectiveness • Translate internal policy changes into actionable workflows, templates, and training materials while monitoring adherence • Oversee revenue tools and leverage Agentic AI to automate asset formatting and maintain template governance • Review and polish high-visibility internal announcements, newsletters, and stakeholder presentations • Work cross-functionally as an operational authority within the Business Operations team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enablement, revenue operations, sales operations, or related go-to-market functions in a B2B SaaS environment • Comfortable taking full operational ownership as an individual contributor without direct supervisory responsibilities • Sharp eye for visual formatting, tone, and design detail • Skilled at collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and HR • Experience executing targeted customer email campaigns • General CRM familiarity and light demand generation experience • Comfortable using Google Workspace, Notion, HubSpot, Juro, and Canva • Practical experience utilizing Agentic AI workflows • Experience building or scaling enablement processes within a fast-paced, high-growth B2B technology company • Background in content strategy, instructional design, marketing communications, or light graphic design • Basic familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance standards such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Reliable, high-speed internet connection and professional home office environment • Ability to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time • Willingness and ability to travel locally for occasional onsite meetings, team gatherings, or business activities • Participation in live video interviews with camera on • Identity verification and background screening, where permitted by law
