• Manage emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements • Maintain and update client records and databases • Handle data entry tasks, such as updating spreadsheets, CRM systems, or customer databases • Create and edit reports, presentations, and documents as needed • Respond to client inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner • Provide general support to clients via email or chat
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines • High level of accuracy in handling data and tasks • Ability to think critically and offer solutions when challenges arise • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in administrative roles is preferred
