Description

• Support the Advisor Relations team and associated Committees • Ensure effective communication of financial products or services to network • Assist with internal sales desk and special projects • Work closely with advisors and internal client teams for operational service • Cultivate and enhance advisor relationships • Onboarding support for branches • Member of sales desk for proposal generation, vendor relations, etc. • Participate in firm initiatives directed by management • Available for special projects surrounding advisor support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, or related major preferred • Holds FINRA Series 6, 7, or 65 or willing to sit for exam upon employment • Minimum 3 years of experience in retirement plan, customer service, or relationship management • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a remote environment • High energy, ethical professional with confidence, accountability, and integrity • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects • High level of professionalism, detail, integrity, discretion, and good judgement • Clean Form U4 required
