📋 Description

• Lead the company’s global talent acquisition strategy • Develop and lead strategies for attracting, sourcing, screening, selecting, and appointing high-caliber candidates • Oversee and continuously improve the global recruitment process • Lead and coordinate a team of recruiting professionals • Monitor recruitment activity and resolve issues • Partner with HR Business Partners and Line Managers to anticipate and meet recruitment needs • Advise stakeholders on creative recruitment strategies and processes • Analyze recruitment data and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and consistent corporate image • Personally lead senior-level and other key vacancies, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and communicating offers • Resource the recruiting team and provide coaching and skills development • Own and maintain relevant recruitment systems • Manage third-party provider relationships and strategic partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience • In excess of 8+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition • At least 2+ years of experience managing recruiters, ideally in a global company • Experience motivating and leading others • Strong communication skills across all levels and functions, internally and externally • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate, develop, and support a team in a fast-paced environment • Ability to drive the recruitment process and act as a trusted advisor • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Ability to analyze and define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions • Good business acumen and strong critical thinking skills • Experience in a related environment is advantageous
