📋 Description

• Lead and support senior business development team members in collaboration with Operations and Scientific Solutions to build and execute sponsor engagement and sales strategies • Support senior business development team members in all aspects of the sales cycle, including capabilities presentations, proposal reviews, bid defense preparations, and closing strategies • Responsible for career development, mentoring, retention, and performance management of the tenured business development team • Oversee and support business development plans that result in achieving annual and quarterly sales targets • Ensure team compliance through accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to executive management • Engage at Vice President and C‑level within customer organizations to support further engagement or penetration into accounts • Support collaboration with all key stakeholders at Worldwide to foster a one‑team approach to sponsor engagement and delivery • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in a business development position, preferably in full‑service Phase I–IV Contract Research Organization (CRO) environments • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management position, preferably within a full‑service Phase I–IV Contract Research Organization (CRO) • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
