📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients, handling inbound and outbound communications with kindness and professionalism. • Manage patient scheduling, including booking, rescheduling, and confirming appointments efficiently. • Conduct diligent follow-up with patients to ensure continuity of care and address ongoing needs. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within the designated systems. • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless patient care and resolve inquiries. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the patient support process. • Provide administrative and customer service support to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptionally high level of English proficiency, both verbal and written. • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within healthcare or related environment. • Naturally empathetic, patient, and approachable demeanor. • Proven ability to be a proactive problem-solver who takes initiative. • Prior experience using CRM platforms, scheduling software, and standard office communication tools. • Strong interest in or previous exposure to the healthcare industry is highly valued. • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
