• Conduct outbound prospecting and qualify leads through consistent phone outreach • Engage with small and mid-sized businesses to understand their communication and connectivity needs • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current customer accounts • Apply consultative selling techniques to uncover needs and present tailored solutions • Prepare and deliver proposals, including responses to RFPs when needed • Close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets • Develop strategies to expand revenue within assigned accounts and ensure long-term client satisfaction
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales cycles simultaneously • Self-motivated with a proactive and disciplined approach to daily outreach • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or outside sales roles • Experience in telecommunications sales is highly preferred • Familiarity with fiber broadband or connectivity solutions is a plus • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and track performance • Strong communication skills and ability to quickly understand technical solutions
